My stay at the hotel was simply perfect. The rooms were as comfortable as the other two 5-star hotels we visited, with a large bathroom that made our stay simply perfect. The service was super friendly and helpful, just like eating at a family table. The location was perfect, overlooking a lake, making it feel like we were still in the countryside but only a short drive to downtown Reykjavik. The dining experience was very limited, but overall, my experience was delightful.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were really nice and the bath was really good. The hotel is fairly large and very modern with large patio doors overlooking the lake. The new facilities in front of our room added to the experience.
